Stage one Application:
To be considered as a Singability leader you will need to complete an application form and e-mail it to:
As soon as we receive your application we will asses it to ensure you have the skills needed to become a Singability leader. Successful application will go through to a Skype consultation.
Stage two Skype consultation
The Skype consultation is an informal discussion about the program, to inform you and allow you to ask us questions. The Discussion gives us both the opportunity to see if the program is right for you and your current situation. If you meet our desired skills you will progress to the next stage the assessment.
Stage Three assessment:
You will be assessed on your ability to teach and manage our groups through a variety of job specific tasks and a formal interview. We want to get to know you and what you can do so please try and relax and be yourself.
The interview will give you an opportunity to find out about the programme and ask any questions you may have. You will not be asked to pay any up front fees at this stage. There is no obligation for you to continue if you feel the programme is not right for you at this stage.
We will provide feedback to any unsuccessful candidates if requested.
Stage four agreement:
After the interview successful leaders will be presented with the agreements which will include the licensing agreement and full breakdown of costs and obligations. You may wish to seek independent legal advice if you are unsure of any information in the agreement.
To progress to the next stage we must receive a completed licensing form and you initial licensing payment or commitment to the payment plan.
Once you have signed the agreement you will be placed on a waiting list for the next training date.
stage five training:
Training consists of an online training course for you to complete in your own time. You will be given the operational manual and all the training materials required.
Once you have completed the online course you will have six individual Skype sessions with your mentor to prepare you for running a business, running a singing group and working on any individual skills you may need.
We have to ensure the standard of all Singability leaders is consistent and meets our brand goals and vision therefore we have a pass mark for the training. In the unlikely event you do not meet the pass mark, we will work with you on an individual basis to try and resolve the issue.
Stage six qualified leader:
All successful qualified leaders will now be ready to begin planning and commencing their first Singability class, It can be daunting but we are here to help each new leader. You will be assigned a mentor who will help with any last minute panics you may have. All our mentors have been in the same position as you and have all the skills and guidance to ensure your first class will be a success.
You are under no obligation to commence classes after your training, you can set the time scales and the ongoing licensing payment only commences once you have started teaching. If you teach no further classes you have nothing further to pay.
Stage seven Progression:
You have now successfully run your first class, you are now in the driving seat, you are the boss so you decide how you shape your business going forward. You may choose to teach additional classes, add more skills to your bow with our further training courses, plan events and shows, train to become a mentor. You might just be happy teaching one class a week either is fine.
There is no obligation from you to make a certain amount of money or teach a number of classes and you only pay the ongoing payment when you are teaching classes.
